El-Naschie
Symposium on Nonlinear Dynamics

In
celebration of Mohamed Salah El Naschie's
60th Birthday
and
Celebration
of 2005's "World Year of Physics"
Dear
Sir or Madam:
It
is indeed a pleasure to announce an El-Naschie
Symposium on Nonlinear Dynamics, December
20-21, 2005,
Shanghai
,
China
, dedicated to Mohamed Salah El Naschie,
CPhys FInstP, an Egyptian Engineering
Scientist and Theoretical Physicist,
Editor-in-chief of Chaos,
Solitons and Fractals,
Co-editor-in-chief of International
Journal of Nonlinear Sciences and Numerical
Simulation, on the occasion of his 60th
birthday.
Our Chinese Scientists on Nonlinear
Dynamics are in infinite love and admiration
to both the man and his science.
El Naschie actually built a bridge
between high-energy particle physics on the
one side and nonlinear dynamics, complex
theory, chaos, and fractals on the other,
and he benefits tremendously from
cross-fertilization. Treading the path of El
Naschie, we gather together to celebrate the
century's greatest scientist after
Newton
and Einstein, and share his greatest
achievement.
As I predicted in “In Search of 9
Hidden Particles?(International
Journal of Nonlinear Sciences and Numerical
Simulation 6(2),93-94, 2005, http://www.ijnsns.com/naschie-he.pdf)
that the experimental verification of his
theory will certainly lead to a Nobel prize,
which we all expect. It would be a great
triumph for non-linear science, chaos and
complexity theory.
I
am now inviting you to contribute an article
on your field to the Symposium. All the
accepted papers will be published on the El-Naschie
Anniversary Issue of International Journal
of Nonlinear Sciences and Numerical
Simulation(http://www.ijnsns.com/author.html),
or recommended for publication in Chaos,
Solitons and Fractals(http://www.elsevier.com/locate/chaos)
Please
submit your manuscript to Prof. Ji-huan He
via email in PDF file. The deadline for El-Naschie
Anniversary Issue of International Journal
of Nonlinear Sciences and Numerical
Simulation is August 1,2005. Acceptance of
the submission will be acknowledged before
August 10, 2005. The camera-ready manuscript
should be submitted in Word file by email jhhe@dhu.eud.cn
before August 15, 2005, each paper for this
special issue should be limited to 6 printed
pages.
Other
submissions will be recommended for
publication in Chaos, Solitons and Fractals,
the deadline for this kind of submissions is
November 1, 2005. Only the presented papers
will be recommended for publications in the
forthcoming issues of Chaos, Solitons and
Fractals in 2006.
I am looking forward to seeing you in
Shanghai
.
With
Best Regards
Sincerely
Yours
Ji-Huan He
